Shipping Policy

Shipping policies are rules and regulations that Houzhandy follows to dispatch and deliver the packages to our customers on time. We request everyone to read all the sections carefully to avoid any hassles later on.

Houzhandy mainly follows two shipping methods namely Regular and Airmail shipping. Regular shipping demands normally a week for delivery and is set by default. On the other hand, the latter warrants a delivery within 2 to 3 days and is costlier than the former one. Furthermore, this one has to be selected explicitly by the customer to ensure faster delivery of the package. It shall be also noted that we do not process the orders on weekends and public holidays. So, in case if you have an order confirmation on those days it shall be processed the next working day.

Houzhandy always aims to deliver excellent products in a good condition at the earliest possible way. We normally charge shipping charges only if your order value is below the mentioned minimal amount.

We will need an accurate delivery address for dispatching the order perfectly. So, please be very careful while typing the address, otherwise, the package may get misplaced in the transition stage for which we cannot entertain a return/refund.

We expect you or someone's trustful presence at your doorstep to collect the package on arrival. Else if nobody is available during that time, the package will be kept for few days nearby your post/courier station, wherein somebody has to show up for receiving it. There may be certain charges which you will have to pay for receiving the package from the post station. Denying of which, will lead to refusal to hand over that package to you, wherein we will not be accountable.

To ensure that your order is delivered promptly, we request you to provide complete details of the shipping address along with your PIN-code and contact number.

Due to the present ongoing pandemic condition-Covid-19, there may be a delay in the deliveries to all our customers. We request your patience and understanding and hope you cooperate with us.
